Renuka Asha Rangeappa is an American lawyer who was formerly an FBI agent senior lecturer at Yale University's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs and a commentator on MSNBC as well as CNN. Asha graduated from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and has been awarded an Fulbright to study constitution change in Bogota. She received her law degree at Yale Law School. There she was also the Coker Fellow in Constitutional Law. In addition to this, she was employed as a secretary in the Office of Judge Juan R. Torruella of U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit San Juan Puerto Rico. She was admitted to both the State Bars of New York as well as Connecticut in 2003.
